Thunder Bay’s Alzheimer Society is celebrating 18 years of “coffee breaks.”
Executive Director Alison Denton says the fundraiser is being held throughout the month of September.
“All the money raised stays in the district of Thunder Bay, and that money goes to support the programs and services we provide,” Denton says. “We provide services such as individual and family counselling, and education.”
Businesses and individuals interested in holding a coffee break can pick up a kit from the Alzheimer Society office.
