A group of concerned citizens is holding a candlelight vigil on Thursday night.
The vigil will start at 8:30 at the Dease Pool Park and end at City Hall.
Spokesperson Rebecca Zajac says when they heard that an eight year old girl was murdered they felt they needed to pay their respects.
