An eight year old girl is the victim of an early Monday morning domestic assault involving her mother and an ex-boyfriend.
Police Spokesperson Chris Adams says when they arrived on the scene the girl was badly hurt with a critical injury.
The suspect, a 38 year old man was involved in a standoff on Wharton Road.
