A city man is facing three months in jail after pleading guilty to a charge of Possessing Child Pornography.
42 year old Terrance Roe will also be on 2 months probation and will be included on the Sex Offender Information Registry for 10 years.
Two other child pornography related charges were withdrawn.
Roe was charged after police started monitoring a peer to peer file sharing network used to trade in kiddie porn in October of last year.
It lead to a raid of a Cumberland Street apartment in November, charges followed about two weeks later.
