It’s that time of year again, time for the kids and their parents to head to Vickers Park for the 31st Teddy Bear Picnic.
The afternoon event is taking place from noon until 3 today.
This year’s event will feature a new guest Thunder Bay Hydro’s Peaksaver Panda, who will teach the kids how they can help save the environment by saving energy.
