It’s been two years since Thunder Bay’s historic flood that overwhelmed the Atlantic Avenue Water Treatment Plant.
Infrastructure & Operations General Manager Darrell Matson says they’ve conducted several upgrades to ensure the facility can handle severe rainfalls.
