A city activist is denying that an event centre survey conducted by his lobby group is biased. Ray Smith of the Concerned Taxpayers of Thunder Bay, admits the survey is not independent and doesn’t come with a margin of error. Smith says there is no hidden agenda for his group, and says he is willing to go door to door with any councillor to do the survey.
