36 Hours Of Cheer Kicks Off!

Acadia Broadcasting is lending a hand to the Christmas Cheer fundraiser.

36 Hours of Cheer gets going this morning, on air from 6:00 a.m. and running until 6:00 p.m. tomorrow.

At the Canadian Lakehead Exhibition you can drop off donations both days from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. outside the Coliseum.

Campaign Chair Joleene Kemp says the event is critical in 2020.

“This is going to be novel and we’re going to really enjoy the opportunity to be able to share Christmas Cheer with everyone” says Kemp. “We’re here, we’re ready and we’re just only to grateful to be able to give you that little extra so that you can celebrate and enjoy the holiday season.”

The annual initiative from Acadia Broadcasting replaces the Stuff a Bus venture.
