Ontario’s Regional Supervising Coroner for Inquests has postponed a number of matters that were to be heard across the province this spring and summer. It’s to help limit the spread of COVID-19.
Locally, Timothy Elliot, Moses Beaver and Emmanuel Oruitemeka have been postponed. They were to start in May and June.
In Kenora, Jose Amaral has been postponed, it was set to start June 1st.
