District Reports 1 New Death, 26 Cases

COVID-19 has taken another life in the Thunder Bay District as the Health Unit confirms 26 new cases.

We have now seen 53 deaths from the virus.

Another 52 people are no longer testing positive, and are considered resolved.

The latest update combines yesterday’s and today’s figures and puts the district at 183 active cases.

A four-week province-wide lockdown is now underway due to a surge of cases in Ontario.

  • Hogarth Riverview Manor (6th floor)
  • Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (2B Medicine Unit)
