A word of caution if you’re heading out on the highway.
Highway 11 is closed in both directions between Hearst and Longlac because of a collision this morning.
On Highway 17, the eastbound lane is closed off from Nipigon to Longlac at the Highway 11/17 junction in Nipigon. The westbound lane of Highway 17 is also blocked by a disabled tractor-trailer five kilometres west of Schreiber.
There’s no word when those closures will be cleared up.
