NOMA Looking For New Executive Director

Kristen Oliver is moving on from her position of Executive Director of the Northwestern Ontario Municipal Association.

The Westfort city councillor is leaving effective November 6th, having taken a position at Enbridge, as a Senior Advisor for Municipal Affairs and Stakeholder Relations.

Wendy Landry is the NOMA president, and notes over the last almost eight years, Oliver has been an integral resource in Northwestern Ontario.

Oliver says this is a bittersweet moment, leaving some amazing people across the northwest, but takes comfort in knowing she’ll still be working with NOMA organizations, just in a different capacity.

The search for her replacement starts immediately.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
