Starting on Friday, you’ll be able to eat indoors at local establishments.
Federal Health Minister Patty Hajdu tells Acadia Broadcasting’s John Ongaro, you won’t catch her eating inside of a restaurant.
“Full disclosure, I’m not going to be entering and eating in closed spaces for a while. I think the safest thing for me and based on my own risk assessment is I’m happy to support establishments in an outdoor capacity,” Hajdu says.
The federal health minister says she’s not comfortable with that level of risk just yet.
The provincial government is allowing a number of new changes under the third stage of their reopening plan including eating indoors at restaurants.
