A former early childhood educator is again in trouble with the law in connection to child pornography.
Police say 37 year old Mark Phillip Lehtonen of Thunder Bay is charged with possession of child pornography and disobeying a court order in relation to children.
They report the investigation began back in January when they received ” information about suspicious online posts by a local Internet user.”
It culminated with a raid on Tuesday at a Rupert Street address which revealed evidence of files consistent with child pornography.
A report indicates Lehtonen was convicted of child porn and extortion charges in 2015.
