The twists keep coming in the Tiger King saga! A judge has given Carole Baskin control of Joe Exotic’s old zoo. It’s a long and convulted tale (check the TMZ tweet for more) but here’s the gist:
Carole sued Joe several years back for trademark and copyright infringements and won a one-million dollar civil judgement. Carole claimed that Joe fraudulently transferred the zoo to his mom and then Jeff Lowe to avoid paying. Now Carole gets Joe’s once-beloved park.
Meanwhile Joe’s lawyers are trying to get Trump to pardon him. I’d like to think the US President has more pressing issues right now but the way things are going, you never know.
This whole Tiger King story is just insane. I resisted watching at first but my wife and I recently binge watched and it’s really captivated, although hard to watch at times!
