Synergy North Reflects On One Year

It has been over a year now since Thunder Bay Hydro and Kenora Hydro merged to form Synergy North.

President Rob Mace indicates they are pleased a customer satisfaction survey last year showed the new name was being recognized.

“As expected there were still a fair number of people that were kind of unsure what Synergy North was but it was definitely above the level we were anticipating,” notes Mace.

He tells us the merger “achieved savings in line with what we predicted” along with bringing in “higher levels of planning and coordination across our system and into Kenora.”

The Synergy North president says they will continue to push their brand across social media platforms and in other promotions they conduct.

In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
