A 48-year-old Thunder Bay mother of two is a big lottery winner.
Ontario Lottery and Gaming says Andrea Dunning won $250,000 in an instant cash game
She admits it was hard to believe she had won adding, “I had three other people look at my ticket to confirm I won.”
The early childhood educator calls the win “life-changing” and plans on paying off her mortgage and installing a hot tub.
The winning ticket was purchased at Cressman’s North End Variety on Shuniah Street.
