A 40-year-old Ginoogaming First Nation man is facing a number of charges after reports of a robbery in Longlac.
OPP now say that on Tuesday just before 11:00 PM, they responded to a call about a man approaching a Longlac residence carrying a sword.
They say the man assaulted one person with the weapon, made threats, and then fled on foot.
Officers tracked the suspect down a short time later, adding they also seized a small amount of Methamphetamine and several edged weapons.
