A two day health and wellness expo is coming to a close today.
The Eat, Sleep and Move Wellness Expo being put on by St. Joseph’s Foundation and Shoppers Home Health Care at the Coliseum Building on the CLE grounds.
The event is hoped to teach people the importance of proper nutrition, exercise and sleep.
It’s free to attend but proceeds from the event are going to purchase essential equipment for St. Joseph’s Care Group.
