Yep, it’s happened: I’m broadcasting from my kitchen these days. It works great and it allows me to still be able to entertain and inform our listeners while doing my part to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus. It can definitely be a scary time, there is a lot of uncertainty and a lot of misinformation out there, so I’m glad I can continue to do my part to keep you all informed and to keep some sense of normalcy to your day. I’ve been doing my best to maintain a regular routine as well, keeping the same sleep schedule as well as my coffee/breakfast/shower routine. Pants are still optional most days but that was the same for when I was at the office, so nothing has changed there!
Here’s my ‘home office’ set up in the kitchen. This is where I’m broadcasting from every day, and yes, it’s a bit of overkill! haha! I honestly could make do with the microphone and the tiny surface -computer) in the middle but where’s the fun in that? This way I can keep track of everything happening around me all at the same time!
