Thunder Bay is buzzing with haunted history, live music, university sports, and local shopping! Here’s your guide to what’s happening this week:


Phantoms of the Galleries at the Thunder Bay Museum

October 23–25 | 5:00 PM–10:00 PM | $18/person
Join the Thunder Bay Museum and Science North for a chilling tour through the haunted halls of Thunder Bay’s past. This in-person, timed-ticketed event features vignettes from real crimes in local history, jump scares, and eerie encounters with phantoms seeking justice. Tours last approximately 45 minutes and are not recommended for youth audiences.

Lakehead Thunderwolves vs. York Lions

The Thunderwolves are back on home ice, facing off against the York Lions in what promises to be another high-energy matchup. Come out and support the pack as they continue their 25th Anniversary Season.


Pilgrimage – Thunder Bay Symphony Orchestra & Chorus

October 24 | 7:30 PM–9:00 PM
Embark on a musical journey with the TBSO and Chorus featuring works by Raminsh, Beethoven, Wintory, and Gjeilo. From celestial harmonies to triumphant voyages, this concert promises a soul-stirring experience.

28th Annual Harvest Craft Market

October 26 | 10:00 AM–4:00 PM | $3 admission (under 12 free)
Support local artisans at the Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre. With over 50 crafters offering handmade goods, this Board of Directors fundraiser is a great way to shop local and get a head start on holiday gifts.
