No doubt a 58-year old man is thanking his life jacket and wet suit after getting knocked into the water while sailing.
Thunder Bay Fire and Rescue say they were called to the Floral Beach area late yesterday afternoon, to reports of someone going into the water about one to three miles off shore.
Turns out the man was sailing with a friend in rough water when a large wave sent him overboard.
Emergency crews met the man, who swam to shore, where they found he wasn’t hurt.
