There’s an appeal from the Lakehead Public School Board for information from the public about vandalism at Nor’wester View Public School.
The board tells us there’s been a growing number of incidents after-hours, which it says creates safety hazards for staff and students.
The Manager of Property Services for the school board adds this is frustrating for staff at Nor’wester View, who take great pride in making sure the area is safe and clean.
Thunder Bay police have been told and a private security company is stepping up patrols.
