The start of the school year is almost here, and the Health Unit wants to make sure you have submitted your child’s immunization records to them.
The local health authority is in charge of reviewing the records of all children enrolled in both school and licensed child cares to ensure they are up to date.
Health Unit officials say they need to get records sent to them, since vaccines given by other health care providers are not automatically sent to them.
