UPDATE: Second Balmoral Death Suspect In Custody

36-year-old Daniel Blais is in Thunder Bay Police custody.

He was arrested Wednesday and is facing a charge of Second-Degree Murder in the death of 30-year-old Cody Bulmer.

Bulmer’s body was found at approximately 1:27 p.m. on May 23rd on Balmoral Street near Oliver Road.

44-year-old Josh Kakegamic turned himself into police on June 1st, and also faces a charge of Second-Degree Murder.

Members of the Major Crimes and Forensic Identification Units are involved in the ongoing investigation.
