Thunder Bay Police lay eight charges against four Toronto men following a multi-vehicle crash on South Water Street.
The accident involving the vehicle in question closed down a portion of Water Street between Lincoln and Pearl Streets just before 4:00 p.m. Thursday.
The suspects ran on foot but were spotted by eagle eyed residents in the apartments nearby.
The charges include possession of fentanyl.
The investigation remains ongoing.
