Unifor is throwing its support behind the Liberals in this provincial election. The endorsement means that the union is asking its 2-thousand members locally to re-elect Michael Gravelle and Bill Mauro. Spokesperson Keri Jefford admits it wasn’t easy going against their traditional support for Andrea Horwath and the NDP. Unifor also believes voting Liberal will help keep PC Leader Tim Hudak from forming a government.
