Two New Cases In The District

A pair of new COVID-19 cases in the Thunder Bay District Health Unit.

Officials report Tuesday that the cases were obtained through travel outside of Northwest Ontario.

You can also obtain your first or second dose of the vaccine this week by walking in to the CLE Coliseum clinic between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays as well as from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Ontario is reporting 164 cases today, and 168 yesterday. Just over 23,000 tests were completed over this time.

  • Originally from southern Ontario, Jason found his way here and fell in love with the community and music scene of Thunder Bay over twenty years ago. In between various stints on radio, television and writing, Jason is a dad, a partner and (some would consider) a zoo keeper (seriously, he has a LOT of pets).
