A section of Hewitson Street has been closed due to flooding concerns.
The roadway is closed between Russell Street and Carrick Street.
Drivers turning off Dunlop Street onto Carrick Street will not be able to travel north due to the closure.
The Harbour Expressway remains open.
Drivers are advised to plan alternate routes and use caution in the area.
The closure is in effect until further notice.
City crews are actively working to clear ice blockages and improve drainage in the affected areas.
A section of Carrick Street also remains closed due to flooding.
