The Thunder Bay Police Service (TBPS) arrested a 40-year-old man on Sunday, suspected of participating in a weapons incident at a business on Memorial Avenue on January 18.
The victim of the event on January 18 is reportedly in a stable condition.
The accused, a Thunder Bay local, is facing charges including attempt to commit murder using a restricted firearm, as well as lesser charges around possessing a prohibited weapon.
The suspect is in police custody as he waits to face the courts.
