Thunder Bay is offering a shuttle service to attend Strathcona Golf Course’s 100th anniversary celebration.
The event is taking place on Wednesday at the course.
Shuttles will be leaving Current River Arena for the course at 10:15 a.m. and 10:45 a.m., with shuttles returning at 12:15 p.m. and 12:45 p.m.
The shuttles are being offered due to the limited amount of parking spaces at the course.
“Marking 100 years at Strathcona Golf Course is a significant milestone not just for the City, but for the many individuals and families who have built memories here,” said Supervisor of Golf Services, Pat Berezowski.
“We look forward to celebrating this important facility with the community and reflecting on its legacy as a treasured part of Thunder Bay’s recreational history.”
This event is free and open to all.
