Thunder Bay has opened its bike lanes for the season.
The lanes opened a little later than normal this year as the city combated winter weather through April.
The lanes will remain open until November 15, weather permitting.
Thunder Bay has 69 kilometres of on-road cycling routes and 60 kilometres of multi-use trails.
The city is reminding drivers to stay alert, respect bike lanes, and share the road by yielding at intersections, allowing safe passing distance, and reducing speed near cyclists.
