The Canadian Museum of History is marking the 35th anniversary of Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope.
A new exhibit called “Running to the Heart of Canada” provides an in-depth look at Terry’s 143 day journey from St. John’s, Newfoundland to Thunder Bay.
The exhibit is at the museum in Gatineau, Quebec.
Officials here in Thunder Bay had wanted the Fox family to create a museum to Terry in the Lakehead. (File photo)
