What if you had been living next to family for years but had no idea?
That’s what happened to Southern California residents KTEL and ZOE, and neighbours ERIK and JEN. It turns out that Erik and Ktel are actually related, after chatting it up during a neighbourhood get-together. They were both talking about their Norwegian heritage and joked “wouldn’t it be funny if we were related”?
Ktel texted and called his Mother. She took out some documents they had on their family tree. She did confirm that they’re fourth cousins! What’s next for the neighbouring cousins? They keep in touch as they’re literally down the street from one another. They’ve had a couple of dinners together and hope they can plan a trip back home to Norway and have a long awaited FAMILY REUNION.
