Teen Charged In North Side Arson

Police have made an arrest following a north side arson.

They say a 16 year old boy turned himself into police in connection with the April 21st blaze at 248 Carl Avenue.

Two people were alerted to the blaze and managed to escape from the home with no injuries.

It is believed to have started in the back of the residence.

The teen is charged with one count of Arson damage to property, and six counts of Arson with Disregard for Human Life.
