It’s a new era for Tbaytel. The city owned utility is introducing the 4G-LTE network to the city.
Spokesperson Katie Crowe says the new data technology will mean faster upload and download rates for customers.
She notes however, not all phones will be able to join the network.

Crowe says customers who own phones that are LTE ready, can go to any Tbaytel outlet and get a new sim card at no charge.
