City staff are giving council a heads up on where their budgets in the future will be going.
A report on budget deliberations from 2017 to 2019 are being set out tonight.
Budget Chair Frank Pullia says the proposed plan for 2017 would include a 4.4 percent increase in the overall tax levy.
The tax levy is not the same as the tax rate which will be decided on at a later date. (Photo supplied)
