Synergy North Gives Customers A Billing Choice

Synergy North is asking its customers to make a choice.

Leslie MacNiven is a spokesperson for the utility and says starting on November 1st, homeowners and businesses can choose time-of-use or a tiered system for electrical use.

“It’s going to depend on their electricity consumption…we do have a tool on our website which allows them to put in their last bill consumption…and that’ll show them which pricing plan best fits their need,” explains MacNiven.

MacNiven says customers will be able to make a change to what electrical system they use twice a year.

She adds if you don’t want to make any changes to your billing, you don’t have to do anything, but will have to contact them to go to a tiered system.
