A thunderstorm has caused considerable damage, especially in the Westfort area.
Fire officials say the storm with high winds hit last night and took down many trees and impacted hydro infrastructure.
They warn that since the storm occurred as it was getting dark, many of the downed wires in many locations may not be discovered until this morning.
Residents and business owners are being cautioned to stay away from downed hydro lines
