Staal Reflects On Season

Carolina Hurricanes forward Jordan Staal is relfecting on this year’s NHL season.

Staal says the Canes were inconsistent throughout the year, posting a respectable 36-35-11 record.

The middle brother of four Staal boys, adds that they’re still a young team and have incredible potential.

The Hurricanes are currently without a head coach, as Kirk Muller was fired shortly after season’s end.

Staal says it will be interesting to see who comes in to take over the team.

The 6’4, 220 pound centreman put up 40 points in 82 games last season.
