There are several reports from gas stations in town that they are out of fuel.
According to at least two Shell stations they are awaiting a train shipment of crude.
They say one type of fuel should arrive by four tonight with more expected in the City by tomorrow.
That’s something Gasbuddy.com’s Dan McTeague (McTag) echoes that estimate saying there’s no need to panic since more gas should be here in 72 hours.
McTeague adds the shortage is most likely to blame on a Shell refinery fire last week and a disruption of service at a Suncor refinery in Sarnia.
