While it’s raining in Thunder Bay, there are reports of some intense snowfall in some areas outside the city.
Listeners are reporting whiteout conditions in areas of Kakabeka and Stanley.
So far OPP have not issued any alerts.
Meanwhile, we spoke to the Shell Gas Station in Kakabeka Falls, and they tell us they’ve had heavy snow and rain, but the roads are clear.
The Ministry of Transportation is reporting area highway conditions are fair.
