The Ontario Special Investigations Unit says it’s continuing to look into the death of a 21 year old woman in Thunder Bay.
She died at a home on Ray Boulevard on December 30th after three 911 calls were made regarding a domestic disturbance.
A post mortem was conducted on January 4th, but the cause of death has not been released yet.
The SIU says it’s reviewing police records and communication recordings.
Witness interviews have been scheduled for the coming days.
The SIU is urging anyone who may have information about this investigation, including video or photos, to contact the lead investigator in the case.
The SIU is contacted any time there is an officer involved death or injury.
