From this morning’s “TODAY IN THE BAY” feature:
Toronto Mayor John Tory is getting some backlash after supporting police officers after they charged a cyclist for speeding. A lawyer representing the cyclist says he’ll be filing a complaint after his client was given a ticket for being clocked doing 28 km/h in a 20 km zone.
Aren’t bicycles governed under the Highway Traffic Act? Don’t the same rules apply?
