Volunteers are welcomed to help clean the grounds around Shelter House’s George Street building.
Executive Director Michelle Jordan tells us they want to be good neighbours and do their part to keep the neighbourhood clean.
“We’ve had a lot of garbage collected in years before, and typically we see around 8 to 12 bags so hopefully we can collect that much again.”
If you want to pitch in you can show up at the Shelter House Thursday from eleven until noon.
