Out of concern for public safety, Thunder Bay police have issued a Community Safety Advisory regarding the release of a convicted sex offender.
They tell us 36-year James Reginald Wickenden will be living at a home in the Parkway and Laurentian Drive area in the south end.
Police add the man has many restrictions, including avoiding all areas where children may be.
