Police agencies across the province now have their marching orders on administering fines under new cannabis rules.
Set fines are now in place under the Cannabis Act.
Anyone who sells or delivers pot to someone who appears to be under the age of 25 can be hit with a $400 penalty.
If you sell or give marijuana to an intoxicated person, you could also be slapped with a $400 fine.
Anyone under the age of 19 who is caught possessing, consuming or buying cannabis will be ordered to pay $100.
Driving a vehicle or boat with marijuana in open packaging and readily available carries a $175 fine.
