We’re taking this week to highlight some of the great stories shared on TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD in 2025. This was always a favourite:

You get 4,000 weeks if you’re lucky….stop waiting.
Notice the people who bring out your favorite version of yourself.
You teach people how to treat you – by what you tolerate.
Growth happens when you do things you feel unqualified to do.
Burnout happens – when you treat rest as a reward – rather than a right.

AND…you can literally change your life any day. You can wake up tomorrow and decide that you want something different!

  • Danny Foresta was born and raised in Thunder Bay. He's worked in radio for over 30 years. Has spent the last 20 years in Morning Radio. Joined Acadia Broadcasting in 2021.  He hosts "Mornings In The Bay" on 99.9 The Bay.
    He enjoys all aspects of the radio industry. Danny is married to Lori, and has a son, Joseph in University.
