Lynn Beyak in trouble again politically, this time it has to do with the United States election.
A report indicates the senator made a donation of $300 dollars back in May to the Republican National Committee.
American election laws indicate a foreign national cannot make a donation to a political party or candidates.
Beyak also gave her address as Dryden, New York and gave her profession as retired.
A spokesperson from her office says the donation was made in error.
