From the FB page, “Ordinary and Happy” – it’s a list of questions to ask yourself – and it all falls under ‘self-improvement’. A chance to take a step back. Think about these questions – and how you’d answer them:

Beyond being “productive” – what would a good day look like?
Outside of work – what are the 3 most important things in your life right now?
What is a space or area in your home – where it’s just for you and you alone?
If you didn’t have to do anything today – what would you do with your day?
What are some of the positives of you just sitting down right now – and doing nothing for an hour?
